We’d like to introduce you to our dedicated co-worker, Juan! Originally from Colombia, Juan has spent the last four years building a life in Spain. His extensive work experience in boutique hotels has given him a solid foundation for working at Valesa. While he pursued a degree in hotel management, he worked part time as a room service attendant. He then progressed to front office positions and finally GM, giving him a deep understanding of the industry.
Juan later transitioned into the luxury hotel market, where client satisfaction, great service and making connections are key. He brought these skills to Valesa, where he helps to create unforgettable experiences for his clients. The dynamic work environment, coupled with our team of skilled and motivated colleagues, drives him to continuously improve. He also loves the opportunity to communicate in English every day! Despite the job’s demands, he finds it incredibly rewarding.
When he’s not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his young daughter and, if he has time, playing tennis. He also loves to cook and go hiking, something he used to do often in Colombia with his sister. Juan, we are so delighted to have you on our team!
