This month we’d like to highlight our wonderful and faithful colleague, Yolanda! A Valesa veteran over the past 11 years, Yolanda currently serves as our Accounting and Operations Manager. At first, she was our only administrative expert on the team, but as Valesa has grown so much, she now oversees our administration department.
Yolanda is an indispensable part of our team and she has the perfect qualities for the job! She is hard-working, efficient, kind and helpful. She’s also the only one who doesn’t need to speak English every day, but after all these years with us she understands it perfectly.
Yolanda is originally from Madrid and has a degree in business administration. When she’s not working, one of her favorite things to do is travel. She loves planning unique and exciting trips with her son, whether it be a weekend getaway to Granada or a week-long vacation in Costa Rica.
What she loves most about working at Valesa is the relationship she has with her coworkers. She explains that it’s not a typical job where you simply get the work done and leave, but rather it’s an inviting space where everyone helps each other and builds strong bonds. Yolanda especially enjoys the opportunities we have to travel and spend time together outside the office.
Thank you for all that you do, Yolanda! We don’t know where we’d be without you!
