Meet our wonderful reservation manager, Olga! Born and raised in Madrid, she decided to get her degree in tourism because she loves to travel and organize events. Her mother grew up in Switzerland and her father in France, so she’s quite good with languages, too! She speaks Spanish, English, German and a bit of French. Her unique set of skills and sweet personality make her a perfect fit for our team.
Olga was introduced to us by her father, a kind man and old friend in the business. In the office, Olga takes care of our clients by booking and managing all types of reservations, being sure to attend to every detail so that every trip runs smoothly. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, all things food and gastronomy, and fashion. She is also a singer and enjoys performing on the weekends!
When asked where she’d like to travel next, she mentioned the Costa Brava and the Basque country (both the Spanish and French side). She would love to visit cities like Bilbao and San Sebastian, where there are plenty of exceptional restaurants to try!
What she enjoys most about working at Valesa is the team spirit. We are always working together and counting on each other day in and day out. She knows that her co-workers will always support her when she needs it, and she does the same for them. She also enjoys the trips and events that take place because they allow her to discover new destinations.
