This month, we are very excited to introduce our newest team member, Samantha Coffey! Based in California, Sam will be working as the Valesa Cultural Sales representative in the US. This is an exciting opportunity for Valesa to become closer to all of our U.S.-based travel advisors. Her kind, helpful, and professional nature are perfect for this unique job and her expertise will bring Valesa to new heights!
Sam’s unique mix of experiences make her a well-rounded person ready to face any challenge. She studied filmmaking in college and began working in the film industry in LA, before moving into the hospitality industry. And now, after several years of experience in hotel sales, Sam is looking forward to this new and exciting position at Valesa!
In her free time, Sam likes to stay busy and learn new things in her native California. Her love for art remains strong, including art history, photography, and museum studies. Some of her hobbies include reading, watching documentaries, swimming at the beach, and of course traveling! Every so often Sam visits her family in Dublin, and she takes that opportunity to visit more destinations in Europe. In Spain, she’s been to cities like Málaga and Barcelona. She loves the laid-back, slow lifestyle here, as well as the food and wine culture. For her, Spain is a very warm and welcoming place.
